Nursery
Do you ship plants outside Bangalore
YES we DELIVER when the order value is ABOVE then 10,000 rupees – for all metro cities, we have a ARRANGMENT, where in we pool the orders, we get and consolidate them and send the plants purchased ones in fortnight, it shall be door delivered and delivery charges shall be intimated in advance, you can send us an email on the plants and products you wish to buy from us and we shall confirm the exact date and time of delivery upon which you can make fund transfers. Within Bangalore shall be a free delivery
What will be the delivery charges if my cart is below Rs 10,000/- ?
You should send us an email on the PLANTS AND PRODUCTS you wish to buy along with the addressof shipping and we shall reply with the exact delivery charges
Can you supply Red soil outside bangalore ?
No
Can I get soil in sack ?
Yes we can make arrangement for you when your cart is more them RS 10,000/-, else you may walk into our nursery at Whitefield and pick it up, we cannot ship this product alone
Do you have farm yard manure?
No
What if the plants delivered are damaged while transporting ?
We shall ship good and healthy plants, transport damages are beyond our control.
Can I make a payment on delivery?
Sorry we don’t have that provision. You may make a bank transfer by talking to our executive on the phone – but payments needs to be made before the dispatch of any products or plants from the nurser
Do you conduct a training program?
Sorry we don’t have any classes, there are lot of enquiry, you may send us an email and we shall kept it in our database and shall get in touch with you ones we start the program.
I want a plant which is not featured on your nursery?
You may send us the plant name or a photo when you don’t know the name we will revert you back on the availability and delivery
Do you accept credit card at your nursery?
No, we do not accept any cards due to network problem, you may pay us through cash | Chq | Transfer
Can I get wooden mulch for my garden?
In India you will not find wooden mulch, alternates are Coco Peat and Agro Gel
I have a tree which needs to be transplanted?
Yes we undertake tree transplanting excise, you may send us the complete address and details of the project and size on to our email address and we shall contact you in two working days

Do you undertake Residential works?

What will be your charges to design a small house garden?
Its too early to discuss about charges, please send us an email on the entire requirement with you wish list and plan drawings, we shall contact you in two working days and update you on the design charges
I don’t have a drawing or measurement of the plot, how can we proceed on designing?
No issues we can do it for you, pls send us a detail email on your wish list and approx measurement and we shall take care of it
Apartment balcony designing?
We treat that like a miniature portrait landscape painting, which demand more time and interest on to it, pls send us a detail email and we will be more then happy to serve you
Courtyard designing?

Vertical garden designing?
Minimum order is 150 sft less then 150 sft will be considered as 150sft – you can get this in two different places in the same house if the space does not permit you
How long it may take to design a house or a small garden?
It depends on the detailing of the drawing, From two days to two weeks
Do you charge consultation fees for visit?
Yes we do charge for visit which would be further adjusted for the landscape development, in a way you are not paying for the visit. Same time we are also confident that we are meeting a client who is just not a time waster
Maintenance and Installation
Do you under take house garden maintenance?
YES but only large house – without dedicated stationed supervisor we cannot take house maintenance
What will be your charges towards garden maintenance?
Depends on the area and plants – pls send us an email and we shall be in touch with you in two working days
Can somebody from Gardenworld come, inspect and give me a quote?
As a formality pls send us an email and we shall be in touch with you in two working days
Do you install garden outside Bangalore?
YES we undertake garden maintenance and installation service outside Bangalore, you may send us the project details on to our email address and we shall contact you in two working days
Do you install garden outside India?
YES we undertake garden Design and Installation service abroad, you may send us the project details on to our email address and we shall contact you in two working days
I have irrigation system which needs to be looked?
Yes we will be more then happy to repair and troubleshoot the problem, you may send us the complete address and details of the project and size on to our email address and we shall contact you in two working days
How much does a irrigation installation cost?
