Creeping herb having silver-grey leaves, the underside is deep purple-maroon. Flowers are insignificant. An ideal plant for hanging planters. H. colorata ‘Exotica’ has crinkled leaves. Though these plants are capable of tolerating full sunlight, they may get scorched if the climate is dry.
